Use this online form to enter yourself into the Torbay Chess Congress from 8^th to 10^th November 2024. You can see who's already entered by clicking here.

After filling out this form you will be redirected to a secure area on PayPal where you can

either pay the entry fee as a "PayPal guest" using a credit or debit card; you don't need to have a PayPal account to do this
or log into your own PayPal account and debit funds from there.

Before you complete the form, please note the following points:

PayPal

If you don't have a credit/debit card it's possible to use somebody else's card or PayPal account to pay the entrance fee. In other words, the name entered here is the player name in the Congress, and not the name of the payer.

This is a registered ECF Game Fee event. Players in the Major, Intermediate and Foundation tournaments who are current ECF Members at Silver level or above on the date of the congress may deduct £9 from their entry fee. The Open is registered with FIDE for rating. Players in the Open tournament who are current ECF Members at Gold level or above on the date of the congress may deduct £12 from their entry fee.

Bronze ECF members should note that their membership will be upgraded to Silver by the ECF following processing of the congress results for grading. Some delay is inevitable, and in the meantime the surcharged entry fee will apply in any future congresses. Upgrading prior to the congress, either online using this link or via the ECF office, is recommended.
