Entry to the 2020 Congress Has Been Stopped

The 2020 Congress has been cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and therefore the paper entry form is no longer available for download here.

However we are planning to run the 2021 Congress: the provisional dates are 12th - 14th November. We intend to have entry forms for the 2021 Congress available here by around February 2021; please check back around then.
